Brian Condenanza FRSA is an Argentine entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and impact driven technologist whose portfolio spans artificial intelligence, fintech infrastructure, and blockchain innovation. He is the founder and CEO of Hevea Capital, a venture firm backing early stage companies that close inclusion gaps and unlock new asset classes.

Recognised on Forbes 30 Under 30 (Finance, 2022) and featured as a TEDx speaker, Condenanza is widely sought by universities, institutions, and startups for his insights on responsible innovation and frontier finance.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Education

Born in Buenos Aires in 1999, Brian Condenanza discovered early that crossing borders, intellectual and geographic, was the fastest way to broaden opportunity. He left Argentina for the University of Mississippi, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration while presiding over the Latin American Student Association.

Seeking a more panoramic view of innovation, he later completed postgraduate work at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where intensive seminars on fintech regulation and social impact helped crystallise the investment philosophy he now applies at Hevea Capital.

His academic path runs in parallel with impact initiatives: at eighteen he was selected as an Argentine delegate to the United Nations Youth Assembly, advocating tech enabled financial inclusion. Today he continues that commitment as a contributor to UNESCO’s Inclusive Policy Lab, where he helps shape guidelines for responsible AI and equitable digital infrastructure, work that neatly bridges the worlds of scholarship, venture capital, and global governance.

Venture Leadership

At Hevea Capital, Condenanza deploys capital across AI-driven startups, DeFi, web3, embedded finance, personal finance management apps, digital assets, and decentralised data infrastructure. Notable investments include Linen App, Nada Inc., Optimism Protocol (layer 2 ecosystem), DODO Exchange, SnapDNA, and the social investment platform Iris. His thesis centres on regulation as a moat: companies that master compliance in highly asymmetric markets can out scale pure tech imitators.

Condenanza blocks two hours every Friday for “Ask Me Anything” calls, no warm intro required. Founders regard the slot as free diligence; Hevea views it as a filter that surfaces coachable teams who take initiative.

Global Engagements

Universities, think tanks and policy forums alike seek Condenanza’s knack for turning dense regulatory debates into clear strategic roadmaps. He has taken the stage at the Sorbonne, speaking to Master’s students of the Banking, Finance & Currency programme, and spoken on the TEDx circuit.

His ideas travel further through regular columns in Entrepreneur, e27, Hackernoon and Market Daily, channels he uses to break down regulation as a moat, DAO governance, and the optics of impact investing for a global readership.

Condenanza channels hard won lessons from venture building into ad honorem mentorship programmes at Techstars and Founder Institute, guiding founders on everything from cap table math and global marketing strategies to geopolitical risk.

Recognition has followed Condenanza’s habit of turning frontier ideas into concrete institutions. In 2022 he was listed on Forbes 30 Under 30 (Finance); two years later the Royal Society of Arts elected him a Fellow (FRSA) for contributions to socially minded innovation and arts patronage.
